About this app

An ERP for rice, oil, dal and flour mills that buy at their own gate, run under your own name. (For food and spices made to a recipe from bought-in materials, ERP for Food & Process is the closer fit.) Every truck is weighed in and out on the weighbridge, typed or read from the indicator, and the ticket prints with gross, tare and net. The load is sampled: each commodity has its own standard and limit for moisture, foreign matter and damaged grains, and a reading above the standard cuts the weight or the rate as you set it, so the seller is paid for what is left. Taking the load puts it into a lot that keeps its readings, bills the farmer or trader (exempt produce, hamali deducted when they bear it) and books the market fee, hamali and the commission agent's share as part of the cost. Milling runs take paddy from the lots and give rice, broken rice, bran and husk as weighed; the yield report shows each run's outturn against the recipe. An agency's paddy milled for a fee stays on a register, with the rice still owed at the agreed outturn. Each customer gets their own database, hosted and kept up to date by us.

Why buyers pick it

Every load paid for by the same rulethe weighbridge, the sample, the standard.
The outturn of every run, against the recipe, the day it is milled.
An agency's paddy is never mixed with your stock, and the rice owed is always known.

Restaurant Group POS: tables, kitchens, recipes and online orders for restaurant chains

  • Outlets with their kitchen stations and tables, one menu for every outlet with veg marks, calories and allergens, outlet prices from a date, and dishes sold out for the day.
  • Captains take orders at the table; each dish goes to its own kitchen station as a numbered KOT. The kitchen screen shows tickets oldest first and the captain sees what is ready to serve.
  • A dish already sent to the kitchen is cancelled only by a manager, with the reason and whether it was cooked. Tables move, merge and split, and the bill is paid at the counter with a GST invoice.
  • Every dish has a recipe: selling it draws its ingredients from the outlet's kitchen store, so food cost is known by outlet and by day. Wastage and staff meals are recorded with their reason.
