Who controls your data, and where it is hosted

CDMKART is the Data Fiduciary for your data and your first point of contact. This store is operated by CDMKART and is built on and hosted by the Microcript platform (Microcript Technologies) on secure servers in India. CDMKART is the seller and is responsible for its products, prices, orders and support; Microcript is the technology and hosting provider only. Microcript acts only as our data processor / hosting provider, storing data on secure servers in India, and does not use your data for its own purposes.

What we collect & why

Name, contact details, delivery/billing address, order history and account credentials (passwords are stored hashed) — used to create your account, process and deliver orders, provide support, and meet legal/tax obligations. We do not store your payment credentials.

Sharing

With our payment and (where needed) delivery partners to fulfil your order, with Microcript strictly as our hosting processor, and with authorities where required by law. We do not sell your data.

Your rights
