About this app

An ERP for building and civil contractors, run under your own name. Each contract has its client and terms: retention, mobilisation advance recovery, the TDS and labour cess the client deducts, GST and the defects liability period. It also has its own cost centre and site store. The bill of quantities holds the contract items and variations (an extra item is billed only once the client approves it), each with the materials one unit takes. Work done goes into the measurement book, by nos and dimensions, and is certified by the client's engineer. A running account bill takes the certified work to date less what was billed before. It makes the GST invoice, holds the retention until the defects period ends, recovers the advance and books the client's TDS and cess, so what is left on the bill is what the client pays. Subcontractors get work orders and measured bills with TDS and retention, never beyond the order. The site diary keeps the work done, hindrances and the labour by trade. Material reconciliation sets what the certified work should take against what the site store issued. Each customer gets their own database, hosted and kept up to date by us.

Why buyers pick it

Every RA bill from the certified measurement book, nothing billed twice.
Retention, advance, TDS and cess on every bill, so the client's balance is always right.
What the site should have used, against what it did.

Restaurant Group POS: tables, kitchens, recipes and online orders for restaurant chains

  • Outlets with their kitchen stations and tables, one menu for every outlet with veg marks, calories and allergens, outlet prices from a date, and dishes sold out for the day.
  • Captains take orders at the table; each dish goes to its own kitchen station as a numbered KOT. The kitchen screen shows tickets oldest first and the captain sees what is ready to serve.
  • A dish already sent to the kitchen is cancelled only by a manager, with the reason and whether it was cooked. Tables move, merge and split, and the bill is paid at the counter with a GST invoice.
  • Every dish has a recipe: selling it draws its ingredients from the outlet's kitchen store, so food cost is known by outlet and by day. Wastage and staff meals are recorded with their reason.
