Managers create tasks — with a priority, a due date and one or more assignees — and watch them move across a live kanban board from To do through In progress, Review and Done. Every employee logs progress against their own tasks with notes, an in-task timer that turns elapsed minutes into logged hours, and an optional attachment, then submits the finished work for review. Nothing closes itself: a manager approves it or sends it back with a remark, so quality stays in your hands. At the end of each day, every employee submits a short work report — what they achieved, any blockers, and which tasks they spent time on — with a friendly reminder if it's missed. The productivity dashboard shows overdue tasks, hours logged and utilization per employee at a glance, and every project gets its own progress bar, milestones and a 14-day open-tasks trend.
