About this app

An ERP for gold and silver ornament makers who work with karigars and sell to showrooms, run under your own name. (A showroom counter is a different product.) Metal is kept in grams of each purity, with fine weight worked out everywhere: 24K, 22K, 18K, silver, or your own. The day's rate of each purity is set every morning. Fine stock shows every purity in grams and fine grams, including the metal with karigars and at the hallmarking centre, at cost and at today's rate. Melting down to a lower purity works out the alloy and keeps the fine weight. Each karigar is given metal by weight and returns ornaments piece by piece: the wastage allowed and their making charges go onto the job, every piece gets a tag with its gross, stone and net weight, and the karigar's account in fine grams always equals the metal still in their hands. Pieces go to the hallmarking centre in lots and come back with their HUIDs. Showrooms are billed by weight: the day's rate, value addition, making and stones with 3% GST; billed against metal, they owe fine at their touch, and the bars or old gold they bring are taken in at the day's rate and credited. Each customer gets their own database, hosted and kept up to date by us.

Why buyers pick it

Every karigar's metal to the milligram, in fine grams.
No gold piece billed without its HUID.
What a showroom owes in fine gold, bill by bill.

Restaurant Group POS: tables, kitchens, recipes and online orders for restaurant chains

  • Outlets with their kitchen stations and tables, one menu for every outlet with veg marks, calories and allergens, outlet prices from a date, and dishes sold out for the day.
  • Captains take orders at the table; each dish goes to its own kitchen station as a numbered KOT. The kitchen screen shows tickets oldest first and the captain sees what is ready to serve.
  • A dish already sent to the kitchen is cancelled only by a manager, with the reason and whether it was cooked. Tables move, merge and split, and the bill is paid at the counter with a GST invoice.
  • Every dish has a recipe: selling it draws its ingredients from the outlet's kitchen store, so food cost is known by outlet and by day. Wastage and staff meals are recorded with their reason.
