About this app

An ERP for makers of pumps, valves, heavy fabrication and special machines, where every order is engineered, built once and paid in stages, run under your own name. (For batch production of standard parts, ERP for Engineering is the closer fit.) An enquiry is costed from the machine's bill of materials: materials, bought-out items and shop hours at each work centre's rate, with overheads and your margin on top, and revised as the customer's needs change. The latest revision becomes the quotation, and the confirmed order becomes a job with its own cost centre, so every purchase, issue, work order, delivery and invoice is costed to it. Drawings go to the customer for approval revision by revision, and the job's work orders wait until the required ones are approved. A machine that differs from the standard gets its own BOM for that job only. Payment terms sit on the order: the advance is taken against it and set off on the invoices, and the retention the customer holds back stays on their account until it falls due. Bank guarantees are registered with their expiry dates, and each job shows its stage, how late it is, the LD it would cost, and what it has cost against the estimate. Each customer gets their own database, hosted and kept up to date by us.

Why buyers pick it

Know what a machine will cost before you quote, and what it did cost after.
No machine leaves production before its drawings are approved.
Advances, milestones and retention followed to the last rupee, on the customer's own account.

Restaurant Group POS: tables, kitchens, recipes and online orders for restaurant chains

  • Outlets with their kitchen stations and tables, one menu for every outlet with veg marks, calories and allergens, outlet prices from a date, and dishes sold out for the day.
  • Captains take orders at the table; each dish goes to its own kitchen station as a numbered KOT. The kitchen screen shows tickets oldest first and the captain sees what is ready to serve.
  • A dish already sent to the kitchen is cancelled only by a manager, with the reason and whether it was cooked. Tables move, merge and split, and the bill is paid at the counter with a GST invoice.
  • Every dish has a recipe: selling it draws its ingredients from the outlet's kitchen store, so food cost is known by outlet and by day. Wastage and staff meals are recorded with their reason.
