About this app

An ERP for corrugated box makers, offset printers and flexible packaging converters, run under your own name. (For machine shops and fabrication, ERP for Engineering is the closer fit.) Each customer item has a specification: a corrugated box ply by ply with its flutes, an offset-printed carton or label on its press sheet, or a laminate film by film. The calculator works out the sheet, the board GSM and what one piece weighs as you type; for offset, the ups, plates and the sheets an order needs with make-ready; for a laminate, the GSM of the structure. From the specification, an estimate prices any quantity (paper by the kilo with wastage, conversion, printing, plates, finishing, overhead and margin) and becomes the quotation, and the item's BOM is made per 1,000 pieces. Papers are items by GSM, BF and deckle, each reel a batch issued by weight. A confirmed order becomes one job per line, held until the customer has approved the artwork revision. Dies, plates and cylinders are in a register with their ups and the impressions run against their life. Every stage records what it lost, and the wastage report shows it by stage and by job. Each customer gets their own database, hosted and kept up to date by us.

Why buyers pick it

Every quote priced from the same specification, the box weight worked out to the gram.
No job printed before the customer has approved the artwork.
What each stage loses, job by job.

Restaurant Group POS: tables, kitchens, recipes and online orders for restaurant chains

  • Outlets with their kitchen stations and tables, one menu for every outlet with veg marks, calories and allergens, outlet prices from a date, and dishes sold out for the day.
  • Captains take orders at the table; each dish goes to its own kitchen station as a numbered KOT. The kitchen screen shows tickets oldest first and the captain sees what is ready to serve.
  • A dish already sent to the kitchen is cancelled only by a manager, with the reason and whether it was cooked. Tables move, merge and split, and the bill is paid at the counter with a GST invoice.
  • Every dish has a recipe: selling it draws its ingredients from the outlet's kitchen store, so food cost is known by outlet and by day. Wastage and staff meals are recorded with their reason.
