About this app

An ERP for formulation plants making tablets, capsules, liquids and ointments, run under your own name. It keeps the records the plant's batch documentation needs; whether the plant meets the rules it works under stays its own responsibility. (A chain of medical stores is a different product.) Every lot of a material with a test plan is quarantined at receipt; QC approves it with its A.R. number, retest date and, for an API, its assay and loss on drying, and no expired lot or lot past its retest date is ever issued. A product's master formula sits on its BOM: the APIs dispensed by potency, the diluent that keeps the batch weight, the batch record's steps with their in-process limits, the yield limits by stage and the printed packing material. Dispensing works out each API from its lot's assay and LOD and takes the difference off the diluent. Each step of the batch record is done by one person and checked by another; a reading outside its limit, a yield outside its range or packing material unaccounted raises a deviation by itself. Finished batches wait in quarantine until QA, who signed none of the record, releases them. Each customer gets their own database, hosted and kept up to date by us.

Why buyers pick it

Every API dispensed from its own assay and LOD, worked out the same way every time.
No step checked by the person who did it, and no batch released by someone who signed it.
A batch leaves quarantine only when its record is complete.

Restaurant Group POS: tables, kitchens, recipes and online orders for restaurant chains

  • Outlets with their kitchen stations and tables, one menu for every outlet with veg marks, calories and allergens, outlet prices from a date, and dishes sold out for the day.
  • Captains take orders at the table; each dish goes to its own kitchen station as a numbered KOT. The kitchen screen shows tickets oldest first and the captain sees what is ready to serve.
  • A dish already sent to the kitchen is cancelled only by a manager, with the reason and whether it was cooked. Tables move, merge and split, and the bill is paid at the counter with a GST invoice.
  • Every dish has a recipe: selling it draws its ingredients from the outlet's kitchen store, so food cost is known by outlet and by day. Wastage and staff meals are recorded with their reason.
