About this app

Billing, stock and the drug-law records for medical store chains with a warehouse behind them, run under your own name. (For a single medical store, Pharmacy and Medical Store Billing Software is the smaller app.) Each counter sells by the strip or the loose tablet: a full strip at exactly its printed MRP, a loose tablet at the strip price divided by the tablets in it, rounded down, so no one is charged above MRP; batches go first-expiry-first, and the pharmacist can see the same salt from another maker. Schedule H medicines ask for the prescriber; Schedule H1 and X also ask for the registration number and the patient, and go into the store's register with the bill, printable for the drugs inspector. Every bill carries the store's drug licences and pharmacist. Distributors' free goods come in on the bill at no cost; the expiry screen shows what expires soon in every store, and returns it to the distributor against the original bill, moves it to a busier store, or writes off what has expired. Orders by phone or WhatsApp go out with a rider and are billed at the door, cash or UPI, and the run is settled like a till. Counters keep billing offline, with tills, returns, loyalty and store transfers, all on the same GST books and stock ledger. Each customer gets their own database, hosted and kept up to date by us.

Why buyers pick it

Nothing is sold above MRP, by the strip or by the tablet.
The H1 register writes itself with every bill.
Near-expiry stock goes back to the distributor before it is a loss.

Outlet checklists: every outlet run to the same routine, with proof

  • Choose "Restaurants & outlet chains" for a company: it opens straight on its outlets and checklists, without the accounts, stock and sales screens (switch "The full ERP" on under Industry features to add them).
  • Outlet checklists → Checklists: build a routine once (photos, readings with limits, yes or no, choices, notes, video and voice notes), or start from ready-made restaurant checklists: opening, closing, temperatures, receiving goods, cleaning, pest control, frying oil and staff health.
  • Schedules send each checklist to the right people at each outlet every day, on some weekdays or days of the month, with a time it opens, a time it is due by and a late window; a night round can run past midnight.
  • My checklists on the phone: one step at a time with the camera and the location, and it works without signal: answers wait on the phone and are sent when the signal is back.
