Your pharmacist verifies it and sends back a priced quote in seconds — the customer approves it, picks a delivery slot and pays by cash on delivery or online. For everyday needs, customers reorder over-the-counter medicines straight from your live catalogue. Every confirmed order dispenses stock and opens a delivery job: assign it to an agent, who marks it picked, in transit and delivered from their phone and collects any cash on the way. Behind the counter, the app tracks batch-level inventory with expiry dates, warns you before medicines lapse and when stock runs low, records goods-receipts from your distributors, and keeps every payment, receipt and outstanding balance reconciled to the paisa. Prices, GST and totals are always calculated on the server, so a bill can never disagree with the catalogue and a prescription-only medicine can never be bought without a verified prescription. A live dashboard shows the day's orders, money, deliveries and stock health at a glance. Fully hosted and white-labelled on every screen.
