About this app

Billing and stock for supermarket and store chains with a warehouse behind them, from two stores to many, run under your own name. (For a single shop's counter, Supermarket & Grocery Billing POS Software is the smaller app.) Each counter scans barcodes and weighing-scale labels, prices with GST inside the price and never above the MRP, takes cash, UPI and card on one bill, and prints a GST receipt from its own bill series. When the internet goes down, a paired counter keeps billing on its own and sends every bill when the connection returns; anything it sold beyond the shelf is listed for head office instead of being lost. Each cashier opens a till with a float and counts it at night; a manager approves the difference. Stores ask the warehouse for goods, the transfer travels in transit and the store receives it, with a branch-transfer invoice when the store is in another state. Head office sets each store's prices with a date they start and gets the list of shelves to relabel. Customers collect loyalty points by phone at any store. Every bill, return, transfer and till posts to the same double-entry books, GST registers and stock ledger, and the retail board shows sales by store and day, bills, basket size and till differences. Each customer gets their own database, hosted and kept up to date by us.
