About Student Attendance & Report Card Software
The app takes the daily attendance register and the term report card off paper and puts both on a phone. A teacher marks a whole section present-by-default and flips the few absents in seconds — whichever period or day it is — and the moment a child is marked absent or arrives late, their parent gets an SMS. Parents apply for leave from their own phone, and a one-time code to the registered guardian number approves it instantly, with a manual fallback for the school office; an approved leave updates the register on its own. A biometric scanner at the gate can feed attendance in automatically, and the ingest stays off until an admin turns it on. At exam time, a teacher enters marks per subject and the app computes the total, percentage, grade and class rank for every student the moment the admin publishes the exam — against a grading scale the school defines itself, band by band, not a fixed table baked into the software. Report cards print cleanly from the school office, and parents view their own child's the day results are out — never anyone else's. An analytics view shows a month of attendance for any class at a glance and flags exactly which students are falling below the attendance threshold before it becomes a pattern nobody caught. Nothing to install, nothing to maintain — fully hosted and white-labelled on every screen, so families only ever see your school's name.
